Spinach

They carry a line of unusual seeds/plants, and what they call ethnobotanicals. I'm sure that I should have an e-mail or web address for them, but can't locate it just now. I'll be happy to dig it out if you can't reach them by phone.

Also, when researching water chestnuts some years ago, we read an article in "Small Farm Today" that differentiated the water chestnut varieties. Only one, as far as I can remember, is the variety grown for the water chestnut type you buy commercially, and we were able to find a seed source. Tom would have all this in his head, but he's out of town (again). I'll try to pull the article and reprint the pertinent info for you.
